I came to Bitol with more complex needs than just an ebook cover. I wanted images for all the different components of my products, and I also wanted a few images of them together.

I gave Bitol the detail of what I needed and very soon he submitted me two prototypes for me to review. We discussed changes and he went back to work -- Bitol was very easy to work with, professional all along. He has to, because I'm a demanding customer! A few days later I had my whole set of crisp, powerful images to make my product stand out -- and then paid him the money he more than earned.

	How do I order and pay for my cover? Please check the "Order" page for the further explanation of the ordering process.
	Can I still make changes in my order? Of course, you can send me the details through e-mail, but only minor changes are accepted within 24 hours after the order.
	How long does it take to get my cover delivered to me? I will send you the design within 48 hours (2 days) after the order is made.
	How do you deliver my new cover? The new cover will be sent in ZIP file format through e-mail attachments.
	What file format will my cover be delivered in? Your cover will be supplied in JPG format. recognizable by PC and Mac and commonly used for display in web pages. If you need the cover in a format other than stated, just name it.
	What size will my cover be delivered in? The cover will be sent in 5 sizes - Giant, Big, Normal, Small, & Tiny. You can get a better preview in the "Order" page.
	Will my cover be ready to use as soon as I get it? Absolutely. You can put your new cover directly into your web page without any further modification.
	What if I'm not satisfied with the cover design? You can simply: 1. Give suggestion to improve the preview design, OR 2. Cancel the order, with no questions asked! It's that simple!
	What if I want to include certain pictures or logos in my cover? All you have to do is send them to me as an e-mail attachments, together with the description of where do you want me to place them. You can also send us a particular font type and pick the color scheme for your cover.
	Do I own the cover that you have designed? Yes! You own the copyright to the cover I design for you. However, it is important to note that your new cover may contain modified clipart. If this is the case the rights to use the clipart automatically pass on to you.
	Is the $45 in USD or Ringgit Malaysia (RM)? USD45 but if you join my membership site, I will design it for you at USD40 only :)
